Effective Monday, January 9, 2006,Spot Butter (Commodity Code “AA”) will expand trading from Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week to a Monday through Friday daily market.  Trading Hours will remain 11:05 a.m. to between 11:07 and 11:21 a.m. Central Time.
